Let’s Take Advangage Of The Rest Of 2015

This year is past halfway over and there’s a couple things a blogger, entrepreneur or online socialite can do to dominate the internet these next few months.

Primarily, we should all be social networking and behaving like a team. That doesn’t mean you have to, but I personally believe that by sharing ideas and becoming a community we have a much larger influence than we do by ourselves. Here are three things we can do to make a bigger impact:

  1. Support Each Other – this is easily the EASIEST and simplest advice I can give to you. By liking each other’s post, reading each other’s content, sharing with others, and supporting each other we are spreading ourselves across the larger online communities of WordPress and Twitter, and Facebook and so on and so forth.
  2. Spreading Out – I don’t just blog. I share motivational content on Twitter. Also, I have started doing live video chats on periscope today. The more communities you reach out to, the more people there will be who have the opportunity to notice you.
  3. Being Humble and Respectful of Others – not everyone is going to love your content, so no big deal. Everyone’s different and they might not be interested. That’s no reason for you to give up on entertaining other people; just make sure you respect the person who chooses not to take part in your social networking and move on happily. Also, as far as respect goes, if you’re respectful to other people you could learn a lot of things from them that could even make a nice new post.

I kept this short because I know there are a lot of you who also like to share ideas. Feel free to comment your own ideas for making a big impact on social media, or your ideas on choosing not to spread out past your current community.

No matter what is on your mind, I’d love to know what your opinion is. This post is for you to add on to, if you’d like to do so. Thanks for reading and have a great day.

I agree with you! I have blogged before, but had trouble getting followers and comments. It was more of “this is my life” type blog, instead of offering helpful information that may pertain to my life as well. I never shared any posts via facebook either. I got bored with it and quit posting. I thought I would try blogging again, so here I am. I love your posts though. I cannot wait to hear about your IF results. I tried fasted cardio and it didn’t work out for me. I need fuel before I workout.

    • I’ve always been drawn to blogging also and I’ve had a few failed attempts. This one is getting good traffic but my other ones didn’t. However, for my last ones they were also more of a “this is my life”. I feel that my old one was way to presumptuous and not made for the right reason; I assumed I had all the answers. Now, I just like sharing with info with others and accepting feedback. Also, the IF is working out already. I have Crohn’s disease and lately my stomach has been feeling great, I’d say since I’m giving my body time to heal between meals. Have you tried preworkout before your fasted cardio? It will be a little hard to take down at first on an empty stomach but if you bare through it, it should give you a ton of energy. Then, by drinking a lot of water during your cardio, your stomach should start feeling a lot better and you should have the benefits of the caffeine in that preworkout. That works for me, but everyone’s different; you might give it a try.

I have taken Hyper FX on an empty stomach before and it really didn’t agree with me. I have IBS, so I am doing “trial & error” on supplements or foods that will agree with me. It is a complete pain. But I try to keep a clean diet and that seems to keep my flare ups down.

      • Totally understood here. I have Crohn’s disease and I have to be careful about what I take sometimes too.

  5. Great post! Your third item regarding respect is spot on. I think social media fosters a me, me mentality so it’s very important to stay grounded and humble, like you said, everything is not for everyone and you have to remember that and if your blog/website ends up helping or being useful to one person you have done your job while doing something you enjoy. Thanks for your support as well, I am still learning wordpress so any pointers you can throw my way would be appreciated, especially with the reader. This is definitely not instagram or fb…lol

I totally agree with his thoughts! It’s not a competition. We can all help each other as a team.
