Well, it is not the shake that “make” the weight loss. It’s totally dependent on you diet with real food. After all it is just a supplement and forsaking food by taking a shake is definently not a good thing in the long run

Definitely. I mean if you eat less than what you burn you’ll lose weight. Taking the shake helps you get your protein intake within a restricted calorie regimen.
