Some great ideas. I can skip and do skip but not for very long and usually as part of an HIIT session. Running works for me every single time but not on a treadmill, I tend to get bored very quickly unless it involves short sprints. Ah yes, kettle bell anything works and must not be underestimated. Rowing…..this certainly kicks and is possibly one of the only machines that I really do use in the gym. It’s great because you don’t need to spend very long on it in order to feel overwhelming nausea. If used correctly, it’s invaluable.

Have you ever tried a Jacob’s ladder? We have one at our gym and the longest I could go was five minutes lol

No but endurance training while climbing gives the worse pump I’ve ever experienced.
