Hi there!  If you’ve read a few of my posts or my “About M.O.M.” page then you must know that my name is Christian and I am the creator of Maxed Out Muscles.  I am consistently trying to update my website and deliver new content for you and my other subscribers.  This is to make sure you have a good experience with M.O.M. and take part of a growing fitness/health related community.

  1. Hi Christian!

    Can you advise how to work on reducing tummy… I don’t eat too much; I dance and get enough physical exercise; I walk at least 2 hours a day; I eat junk food like once in a month or so… well I have a heart problem; I’m epileptic and have Diabetes Insipidus (water diabetes)… and I really want my tummy back in good shape but don’t know what to do. No fitness instructor or doctor were able to help me so far… I wonder if you have some good suggestion… I am all ears!
